Gail-re:cuban bread
Misc.I live iN Tampa and do not think cuban bread would ship well as it doen't stay fresh very long even locally. I know of a bakery La Segunda in Ybor City that sells bread dough but that too wouldn't work for you, I don't believe. I have several spanish cookbooks even though I am not Latin and will check through them to see if I can find some recipes for you. You do know that the authentic way of making cuban bread is by baking it with a sort of stick in it [I cannot recall what kind] but I will let you know the tradition on that too.I will start my search and be in touch.
