G'day Becky

Misc.

I have already posted a bit about where I live on the cooking club board, posted on July 8th, under the heading "I'm an Aussie" Where we live we have 5 acres. We did have a couple of steer for a while, but as they kept getting out we had to sell them, as we are on a main road, and I didn't particularly like the idea of an acident bill. Now all we have each other, 2 Irish setters, (mother and daughter) and loads of Eucalyptus and wattle trees, plus a lot of pines, just to balance things.
A couple of summers ago, (one that was especially dry) we had two large kangaroo's come down from the scrub behind our place to drink from our dam. Peter got the trusty camera out and took some pictures, but (alas, alack) the film was not in properly, and nothing came out. We were so disappointed, as we wanted to send them to a friend who lives in Arizona. 'Praps another time. Where do you live and what is it like there? Regards to all, Angel. O:-)
