you also include the recipe for the wonderful chicken salad Cuban Style. My dear friend, Maria Bueno (cuban) serves it all the time and I have even ventured to try to recreate it because it has similarities to our native potato salad. But I will rather try the genuine thing. A big hug to your mam .
