Gladys - I picked up an envelope of the Goya Sazon seasoning that you mentioned in the Chicken/Oregon recipe.

Could you tell me what's in that, and is it "hot" and spicy? Need to be careful of too much heat for DH! I love it, but he doesn't - he'll take a little, but not alot.

I've got a bunch of boneless chicken thighs in the freezer and I'd like to make your recipe - sounds delicious.
