Happy Valentine's Day to y'all

I just popped in to say hi, I have missed you all!

here is our Valentine's menu:

steak and lobster tails, with garlic/sour orange butter
baked potato
greek salad

individual molten chocolate lava cakes with raspberries and whipped cream, for dessert

When I have some more time, I will share some of Bill Granger's recipes I am trying from a book I got from the library.

Happy, happy day...gotta go to work now!
