Hashbrowns from raw potatoes.

Thanks for sharing your successful internet recipes. This is how I do my hashbrowns. I grated raw potatoes (med grate) and brown them in oil and margarine until crusty and brown. You can top them with cheese or serve plain. You may even add a little onion for a sharper taste.
