Creamed Asparagus & Sauted Mushrooms

I just make this. I really don't have a recipe for this, but here goes.

Creamed Asparagus/Boiled Eggs

Wash asparagus and cut into 1 inch pieces. Put on a steaming rack in a covered sauce pan and steam until tender.
Make a white sauce with 1/2 c. of the water from the steamed asparagus and 1/2 c. milk or half & half. I shake the cold milk with about 1 heaping TB of flour and add it to the hot asparagus water. Cook until thickened. Add asparagus and sliced hard-boiled eggs. Salt & pepper to taste.

The sauted mushrooms I found on TKL.
Saute the fresh button mushrooms in butter. I used olive oil. Season with a touch of sherry, terriyaki and garlic powder. Cook until the liquid is reduced by half. I had to remove some of the liquid to finish cooking.
