HELP! Too much beef, what do I do??

Misc.

I defrosted 2 lbs. of ground beef this weekend, thinking I was going to be grilling hamburgers for some guests... didn't happen. Now I have all this ground beef, sprinkled with seasoned salt to preserve it... what do I do with it? I wanted to make a meatloaf, but that's so "blah". Any suggestions out there?????
