Thanksk for the great recipes... my husband felt like meatloaf, so we just made a nice meatloaf, and saved some for later (for those other terrific recipes you all sent). Beverly - thanks for the tid-bit... and you're right, I'd never re-freeze ground beef or any other meat... in fact I seasoned the meat and left it covered in the fridge till I was ready to cook it. Thanks again!!!
