Recipe: BBQ Hamburgers

Sandwiches



BBQ HAMBURGERS

Ingredients:

1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 med. onion, finely chopped
seasoning to taste: Adolph's Meat Tenderizer, garlic powder, onion powder and pepper

Directions:

Brown hamburger and onion, drain and set aside.
Prepare sauce by mixing the following ingredients:

Sauce:

1 1/2 cups ketchup
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
3 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 Tbsp. mustard

Stir sauce into hamburger mix. Serve on hamburger rolls with grated cheese and/or your choice of condiments.
