Will post it later today for you.I agree I feel home made made with good
quality ingredients is definately better.We have a marvellous Indian spice shop
in my local mall,she sells everything from Tamarind Pulp,unususl mustard seeds
to brown basmati rice.She also makes wonderful Roti for curries and her
samoosas are to die for!!!!!!!!!!!I also try to buy ethnic ingredients from the
appropiate shops,half the fun of creating or trying out new recs,I,ve
discovered some wonderful places that way ,so now I have a Portuguese green
grocer,my indian friend,a german butcher and a dutch fishmonger who,s partner is
italian!!!!!!!!!!!
