Thank You: Thanks Julie for the chicken curry recip

I make my own Garam Masala but I've never made my own curry powder. If you
don't mind I'd like to try your recipe out. I'm sure it's better than buying
those expensive little bottles. I have learned to buy many of my spices at
ethnic stores: Swedish for cardamom and Indian/Pakistani for coriander, chilis
etc. They are generally fresher and certainly less expensive than buying in
grocery stores. Also, we have several companies in the area that sell nuts,
spices, dried fruits etc. in bulk. Thanks again!
