Hi Gladys, re your Broccoli/Rice casserole
Misc. I have made many broccoli rice dishes but the addition of sauteed onions makes your's sound extra special. I have a question: if the rice is mixed in uncooked, does it not require any liquid during baking or is the undiluted soup sufficient? See you soon again on the Dinner Board.
