Baked Mustard Chicken (Easy)
Yield: 4 Servings

4 chicken breast halves; skinned
1/4 c spicy brown mustard
1/2 c Italian-flavored breadcrumbs
1/4 c butter or margarine; melted
2 tb lemon juice
2 tb water or white wine
1 pinch of paprika
Brush chicken with mustard, and dredge in breadcrumbs. Place in a 13" x 9" x 2" baking dish. Combine butter, lemon juice, and water; drizzle 1 tablespoon over each piece of chicken, and pour remainder in dish. Cover and bake at 350 F degrees for 45 minutes. Remove cover, sprinkle with paprika, and bake an additional 15 minutes.
