Thank You, I will try it. I will have to alter it though because daughter is allergic to eggs and RaYmond hates onions and peppers. I would love it tho! HMMM, what to use instead of eggs, any ideas? I could use zuccini for the onions and just add some powdered onion with some white pepper. I got one for ya-I never realized how low-fat french dip sandwhiches are! The roast beef is only 1.5 g fat with bread about 2 gms. Packaged au jus is fat free. Have a salad or some cottge cheese and fruit (non-fat of course) and wala! Turkey pastrami is good with french dips too if you are not into beef. Oh, I will post last nights dinner recipe here above. Sorry it takes so long to get back, I have a busy toddler, an ailing grandma and I am trying to do my first Once a Month Cooking. Just getting the menu finished tonight. Talk to ya soon! Rhonda
