I knew you'd turn up eventually! I've seen you post recipes using that egg replacer product - can that be used in place of the egg whites in this recipe?

Now I know some of your problems and food-preferences-by-necessity so I'll try to keep these in mind and will post other items that I think you might want to try.

I really do like french dip sandwiches but never knew that they're relatively harmless so thanks for that information and meal idea. We don't eat a lot of red meat anymore but I've always like roast beef. And I've looked at your recipe above - that sounds really good.

I knew about your husband and toddler, but didn't know about your ailing grandmother - I'll keep good thoughts for her (and for you!) With all that you have on you at present, I'm surprised you do as much as you do at TKL. I can see where the once-a-month-cooking project can save you time in the long run but getting started would be a major undertaking! Good luck and talk to you later, Rhonda,
