Thanks for the recipe - just before we left Cape Cod for home, a friend at the campground had a bunch of us over for Italian Wedding Soup and crusty bread - it was one of the most delicious soups I've ever had. I will definitely try it, and having had hers, I can kind of judge how much of each thing - your directions were fine - I've had it twice before, and different kinds of macaroni used each time - once with tiny little round beads of a pasta product, and my friend used tiny little tube pasta - but the cheese ravioli sounds great.
