I'm a lot further out in Lilydale! Please let us know how you get on with your
oven as I am interested-anything to bake better muffins. I know I have a cool
oven because I have to set it higher & cook longer frequently. Let me know
where you get the thermometer too as I know they don't sell them at the grocery
store over here.
