Recipe(tried): Tuna Potato Chip Casserole - Sandy, I tried it with baked chips
Main Dishes - Casserolesthis weekend. I guess it's just one of those recipes you can't "lighten up". The Eating Well's Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup worked well, but the baked chips did not. They soaked up all the liquid and the result was a dense, rather icky casserole. So, we'll save the recipe for those splurge days. Wanted to let you know the results of the experiment. Micha
