Hoisin in MN

Misc.
Hi there!

I live in the Twin Cities, and you should be able to find hoisin sauce at all of the chain supermarkets (Rainbow, Cub, Byerly's, Lund's) in the Asian food section. These stores have gotten quite good with their selection of ingredients in recent years, particulaly when it comes to ethnic foods. I love cooking with Asian ingredients, and I can find most everything I need at these stores...even Japanese nori for maki sushi rolls!

Good luck!

Jean
