How do you tile...?

Joel,when you say you tiled your oven...do you mean you tiled the oven rack? And do you cook the pizza right on the tiles? Or do you use a pizza pan? What temp. do you use? Sorry for all the questions, but I find this method very interesting. I'd really like to try it.
