I just picked up a big pack of ribeye steaks, Gina!

Now I know what to do with them, thanks! And I am totally with you with on making good use of the pan juices...yum!

My mum, now long gone, used to swear by her electric skillet. With 5 kids, and my dad, to cook for every night, well, let's face it, that takes some endurance, if not skill. And back in those days, we didn't eat out, except maybe once a year. Wow! I sure did not appreciate her enuf.

I was thinking to grill those steaks on the BBQ, but it is dark and cold by the time I get home from work, so thanks again for a delicious looking alternative.
