IHOP Griddle Cakes

Unfortunately, all submitted recipes to these requests have been for the traditional IHOP pancakes, not the griddle cakes. IHOP used to advertise "made with cream of wheat" on their menu when the griddle cakes first came out, but they don't anymore; perhaps they are not allowed to use the name Cream of Wheat. In any case, there are a few of us still looking for this recipe, if anyone can help!
