Misc.What do you think makes them different? It seems to me that they are LIGHTER
than the usual yeast donuts --just as greasy and just as sugary, though. We need
to work on getting them lighter. Calling all who do a lot of baking....how do
we do this? Another clue is that after a couple of days, they are just like
the average supermarket donuts. Their "specialness" is only while they are
fresh. Of course, we are spoiled because we can buy them warm, right out of the
oven, here in Winston-Salem.
