Misc.One of my co-workers brought some in this morning, so I finally got to try them.
You're right, Linda, they're VERY light (but just as fattening!). She brought
in a dozen glazed and a dozen assorted, and we cut them all in fourths so that
we could sample several kinds. I think my favorite were the glazed. They were
not only tasty, they were the most perfectly shaped and evenly glazed doughnuts
I've ever seen! I, too, would like to know the secret to making a light dough.
