Recipe(tried): Broccoli Casserole (using cream of mushroom soup)

BROCCOLI CASSEROLE

1 (10 ounce) box frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 of a 10 3/4 ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 egg, beaten
1/2 teaspoon grated sharp cheese
2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
FOR THE TOPPING:
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 cup crushed Ritz Crackers

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Cook broccoli 5 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain well.

Combine other ingredients, except topping, and fold into broccoli. Place in buttered casserole dish. Add topping.

Bake 30 minutes.
