and I've been satisfied with their products. Except for the Polish Sausage seasoning. I've had homemade Polish sausage from Polish deli's in MI, and that seasoning didn't come close...but that's probably a regional thing. When in doubt, start with the smallest package or ask if they have a sample size you can try.
