If you see any good-sounding WW pork recipes, I'd love to have them as I don't have many of those. I'll be glad to post any recipes, now or in the future, that you want - TKL is really the only site of this type that I use, and I like it so much that I plan to be here for quite a while!

I HAVE to exercise to lose weight and keep it off and the only thing I've found that I like and will stick to is the treadmill. I like walking but not when even at night it's in the nineties where I live, so I decided on the treadmill because I can use it year-round and in the air conditioning. The only motivation I've found that works for me is when I don't, I gain weight - I've let that happen enough where now I regret it enough that my discipline is better.

I think it also helps to talk about it here, don't you?
