Very good explanation Joel!

John, one tip is when going to print, be sure to click once on the section of the screen that you want to print to point your browser to it. There's also a Save as option in the file menu of your browser. If nothing seems to be working, you can e-mail the recipe to yourself using the button at the bottom of the message.
