The recipe sounds great. I'm going to try it tomorrow with something on the barbecue. Hope the weather down there cools down soon. I know it's hot everywhere but you poor people down south must be getting pretty tired of this awful weather. It's hot here in California, but it comes in spurts. Hot one week then cooler the next. Thanks to ole El Nino, I guess. I'm ready for winter to come soon.
