Recipe(tried): Jennifer and Page and others additional info

Misc.

Hi, I forgot to tell you that the pork chopes are stuffed with a cooked combination of apples, gorgonzola cheese and other things. they are grilled or broiled and you make a sauce that is poured over which contains gorgonzola cheese, chicken stock, couple tsp cream etc. so it does have apples and cheese any other ideas to serve with the chops? Thanks If anyone would like this recipe I will be glad to type it up for you! It is delicious. (Nick Stellino's cookbook)
