Lynne: If you are using dried tomatoes, the instructions
Misc. in the can probably indicate how to reconstitute them. I recommend using a little bit of warm water just to soften & undry them. If you like wine, you can add a little bit to your water, or a little bit of vinegar. But the best shot is to read the instructions of the can & follow their recommendations.
