BANANA RUSSE

You will find this banana russe recipe a pretty and delicious sweet.

1 pint jelly, any flavor
3 bananas peeled and sliced (Ripe)
caster sugar
whipping cream to decorate

Place a layer of bananas in a glass dish, sprinkle with a layer of caster sugar and cover with a layer of the jelly

Fill the dish with alternate layers of fruit and jelly

Whip the cream with a little caster sugar and decorate.
