Help....

I saw this on one of Martha Stewart's tv shows a recipe where she made a Fresh Apple Cake using one of her specific-specialty-forever-to-search-for-to-find apple brandy's that she had used as one of the ingredients and RAVED over while dumping everything together....

HOWEVER....no paper or pen handy at the time, but it's turned into one of those can't get it out of my mind recipes!!! Does anyone know the recipe, including the name of the apple brandy? Looked on her page and it's mostly the tv show info and it wasn't a recent episode.
