FROZEN COLESLAW
2 medium heads cabbage
4 carrots
6 sweet green or red bell peppers
4 cups sugar
1/4 cup salt
3 cups vinegar
Chop cabbage, carrots and sweet peppers. (I use a blender). Mix together.
Cover vegetables with sugar, salt and vinegar. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Package into containers and freeze. Thaw to serve.
