Peggy is soooo creative!! I think this sounds like fun!! and I can attesttto the fact that potato pile ups are the easiest and everyone likes em even my teen who is not particulally fond of potatos [??] she like the toppings
don't forget t broccoli and cheese sauce, maybe as trees in a "river" and the salsa too ... I will caution I have hear that Baked Potatoes tend to be forgotton when we think of food coutions ... they do spoil if left out of fridge forever ... so as always promptly refrigerate leftovers ...

You could bake potaotoes in roaster oven if you have one fill it full :)
and you do need to have some knives out for cutting them up
