Micha-What a great idea!

Making the fruit/cookie pizzas in individual servings is a great idea, people really seem more comfortable with individual pick-me-ups. I have begun making individual veggie pizzas on mini bagel halves and everyone seems to enjoy those-they go even faster than the large one cut into pieces and you can be more creative with the serving dishes also. Thanks for the idea.
