Recipe(tried): Broccoli Delight Salad

Broccoli Delight Salad

1 or 2 large heads broccoli cut into bite-size pieces to make 4-5 cups)
1 cup golden raisins
1/4 cup diced red onion
10 strips bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1 cup sunflower seed kernals
Dressing:
1/2 cup mayo
3-4 Tablespoons sugar
1-2 Tablespoons cider vinegar

Toss broccoli pieces, raisins, diced onion, bacon and sunflower kernals together. Mix dressing ingredients together and toss with salad. Chill. Yummy!
