Recipe(tried): Terrific Baby Shower for 50

Holidays, Celebrations
This weekend was the baby shower for our new grandson. What a blast we all had. What great AZ weather for all to mingle inside and out! Loads of family, friends, photos, food, happiness and baby! About 50 people in all. Served some old standbys and some new. Here's the menu, I'll post a couple of the recipes on a separate posting since this is so long. Wanted to share, as I now have more data on how much to serve, what to leave off the menu and how much will be left over to share with neighbors unable to attend, if anyone else is interested. Here goes....

BBQed Chicken Wings
Cheesy Hashbrowns
Little Smokies in Chili sauce/Grape Jelly Glaze
Swedish Meatballs
Double Shrimp Casserole (not a hit)
Ham, Red & Green Tamales
Spinach Dip(Made with fat free mayo and sour cream and was delicious!)
Broccoli Salad
Deviled Eggs
Cheese ball (brought by a friend)
Cranberry Glazed Brie
Enchiladas (brought by my son's mother-in-law)
Emeril's Hot Corn Dip
Artichoke Dip (brought by a friend)
Cream Cheese and Ripe Olive Spread (brought by a friend)
Chocolate Texas Cake (brought by my sister-in-law)
Peach/Cherry Dump Cake (brought by another sister-in law)
Fruit Pizza Cookies
Lemonade
Sun Tea and Coffee

Zach received so many adorable presents and the house was overflowing with love and good wishes. Surely one for the memory bank!!
