ABSOLUTELY!!!! And DO use a large ziplock bag so that you can roll it over and over every time you open the fridge - you want every speck of the steak to have marinated. By the way, this is wonderful on chicken too.

DO NOT USE THIS MARINADE OVER - throw it away. We don't want any problems later.
