THE STEAK AND ALE MARINADE IS ABSOLUTELY MAGNIFICENT, AND THE VINEGAR AND ALCOHOL BREAK DOWN THE TOUGH FIBERS OF LESS TENDER MEAT. HOWEVER, HAVING SAID THAT, IF YOU USE FILET MIGNON THE TASTE IS OUT OF THIS WORLD!

MARINATE AS LONG AS YOU WANT - I PUT IT IN A LARGE ZIPLOCK AND MARINATE FOR TWO OR THREE DAYS, TURNING OVER AND OVER WHEN YOU OPEN THE REFRIG. DOOR.

1 C. RED WINE VINEGAR
1/2 C. SUGAR
LOTS OF GARLIC!!!

2 C. SOY SAUCE
2 C. PINEAPPLE JUICE (BUY THE BIG, CHEAP CANS. THEN, PUT SMALL PORTIONS IN FREEZER BAGS FOR THE NEXT TIME YOU NEED MARINADE. VERY CHEAP SOLUTION.

1 C. SHERRY - USE CHEAP SHERRY - NOT COOKING SHERRY, AND NOT CREAM SHERRY. JUST REGULAR OLD SHERRY.

MIX, REFRIGERATE, WAIT. GRILL. ENJOY!
