Mom's mountain morning Fish Fry

Misc.

Joel,

I thoroughly enjoyed your recipe and story about growing up in NY State. If you
had not told me the state, I would have thought you were talking about
Minnesota. That's where I'm from (a Norwegian from Bloomington {Minneapolis}) --
home of the Mega Mall of America and 10,000 lakes! I could eat fresh fish every
single day, and love the seasons up here --. I enjoyed your recipe and
description of your state and memories of mom...

I am going to try your mother's ritz crackers coating with bacon next time. I
usually use corn meal or else just broil with butter or sauces!!!

Enjoyed your article.
