Hi Barb,
I make the majority of our family's bread. One of my children is a very picky eater so I boost the nutrition of the bread I make by substituting for an equal amount of flour (1 TBLS wheat germ, 1 TBLS soy flour, 1 tsp dry milk powder) per cup of flour in the recipe. I have also added sunflower seeds to bread recipes with good success. One of my favorite recipes has Rolled Oats in it. I would think that sesame seeds would work well also. A good source to buy things of this nature is King Arthur Flour (www.Bakerscatalogue.com) Happy Baking
