Morrison's Cafeteria Macaroni and Cheese (Piccadilly's) - another ingredient

This is just a little expansion on the macaroni and cheese recipe in the style of Morrison's (Piccadilly's). I believe that there is also some nutmeg, not a lot, but some. I learned this from someone that worked at a Piccadilly's. Believe me, the nutmeg will definitely make a difference.
