Non-Stick Cookie sheets
Misc.My guess is it's because the non-stick sheets have a darker finish which usually makes cookies browner. You can get around this by using parchment paper for baking. I found mine in Party America which carries Wilton decorating supplies, so I am assuming that shops that carry Wilton supplies will probably have it.
