Not sure who posted it,............

and I don't remember the name of the cookie, but it was a cookie for coffee
lovers. It was a larger cookie, bigger than the coffee cup, and it had caramel
inside. The purpose of it was to place the cookie over the warm coffee and it
would soften the caramel. If anyone can please repost this recipe, I would
greatly appreciate it. I just found a conversion chart so now I can make this
recipe.
