Oh Linda, you really should try them

Misc.
Linda, you really should look them up and try a jar. Sometimes they are carried at some of the chain grocery stores, but they don't always carry them due to the price on the wholesale end. I generally find them mostly at gourmet and deli stores. They are a little pricey compared to other brands, but the taste will spoil your family. We especially like the garlic variety in their line. Their flavor and texture are just amazing. I do very well at canning, but I'm not much good at coming up with a recipe on my own. I have tried several pickle variations. I can match the texture, but still haven't been able to figure out what it is that gives them their unique flavor. Their label just lists the usual pickle ingredients, and "spices." Its either a spice, or since, they also make Sauerkraut, I'm wondering if maybe they use a fermentation process as part of the recipe.
