Pork, pork, pork

Misc.

Hi Angie! How about browning some of the pork (either in the oven or in a skillet with olive oil) and adding it to slow cook in a big pot of homemade tomato sauce? My mother and grandmother did this every Sunday when I was a kid.
The pork makes the sauce sweet and delicious. Serve it over a thick pasta like moustacholli or conchiglia rigate (shells) with ricotta cheese on the side to toss through the pasta.
