Yummmmmmmmm...it IS delicious! Everytime I visit my parents, my mom asks me to visit my Italian butcher for veal or pork bones so that she can make more tomato sauce with them. It's the BEST! I hope you enjoy it and get addicted to it just like we are :-)!
