The best pork chops I've had! For 4 pork chops, make fresh bread crumbs from 2 slices bread, I like whole grain for the flavor. Mix with 2 Tablespoons melted butter, salt and pepper to taste.. Brush both sides of pork chops with dijon mustard or dijonnaise if your famile prefers, and place on baking sheet. Mound crumb mixture on top of pork chops, patting lightly so it clings. Bake about 30 minutes or until browned.
